We had a plain wall just inside our front entryway that needed some creative design. I call Fernando from FBInstall for design recommendations. Fernando recently came to do a complete renovation of our bathroom in our 1/1 apartment. First off, I want to thank him so much for accepting the job as it was hard to find contractors that were willing to work with condominium associations at a fair and reasonable price. Second, I want to commend him on his responsiveness throughout the process . I’ve heard horror stories about people dealing with other contractors in miami that end up scamming them out of their deposit or ghost them on text messages and stop answering calls. Fernando was quite the opposite. He would send update videos throughout each aspect of the project to make sure that I knew what was going on at all times as me and my wife chose to stay in an Airbnb while he was doing work. Something I truly appreciated. He did his best to work in a timely fashion from start to finish and all in all, I would recommend him over other contractors because of his commitment to pleasing the customer and making sure his job is done thoroughly. If you’re looking for a contractor in the south Florida area, give FBInstall a shot and they won’t disappoint.

We moved to South Florida permanently in January 2023. My parents were the original owners of the condo. My parents lived here for about 30 years, so the kitchen really needed a lot of work. “FB Install” came highly recommended to my wife when she met a woman in the beauty salon in NY that we knew when our children were in summer camp. We contacted FB Install and Fernando Breder came to our condo and we discussed a total demolition and reconstruction of our kitchen. Fernando had some great ideas and we hired him and his company. Fernando didn’t do everything himself, but he brought in ALL the specialists and he was ALWAYS on top of everything during the length of the project. He had specialists to demolish the old tile floor, others to remove all the old cabinets, others to refinish the walls and paint, others for putting up new lighting (including new switches and outlets), and another specialist just to install the countertop.. Fernando was on top of everything from start to completion of our project. Even when the project was complete, and we had a few very minor problems - Fernando was able to send someone the next day for a quick fix. When we bought our new appliances - after they were delivered, Fernando installed them! FB install gets 12 stars (when the rating scale only allows between 1 and 5. Net result: when you hire a Great Contractor, you get a Great Job, Great Service, Great Results, and my wife and I just keep saying to ourselves, “Wow! FBIinstall, I hire Mr. Breder as a contractor to remodel my house, kitchen, bathrooms, living room, dining rooms, removed and put tile through the hole house, he also took care of the Electrical part, since was a +30-year-old home, give me ideas to make the house better. He shows me the material he will used, let me pick colors and also give re very good recommendations for the success of the remodeling demonstrating to have all 5 Stars. All his work, material, and team that works with him were capable do a good Job. The material he uses is guarantee and very good quality, he will look for details and he go to the extra mile, to take care and he is responsible dedicated and perfectionist. During the remodel of a bathroom in our condo, water from the lines accidentally spilled into the area. We’re not sure how long the water ran, but it wasn’t an insignificant amount. After shutting off the water we called FBInstall. The team literally arrived within minutes. They brought specialized equipment designed to dry the space out. It definitely did the job. After the equipment was removed, we could hardly tell it was ever even wet. We were VERY impressed!
